Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a tour package or vehicle rental, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled at the start of the journey.

Transport & Driver Policy

  • Professional Drivers: All vehicles come with certified, verified drivers. Driver details are shared 4 hours before the trip.
  • Working Hours: Standard driver duty is 12 hours per day. Extra hours are subject to additional charges.
  • Vehicle Rules: Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicles are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

  • 7+ Days Before: 90% Refund of the booking amount.
  • 3-7 Days Before: 50% Refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than 72 Hours: No refund applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are managed by ETN Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (An ISO 9001 & 27001 Certified Company). Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
